Therapist Circle is a service-provider, focused on providing insurance billing access to Associate-level therapists, based in Washington State, established in 2024.

But beyond that we like to think of our group of independent therapists as a therapist collective. Although we are each running independent practices, we share our access to resources such as supervision, access to insurance billing, simple business practice setup, group training, consultation, ideas, general support, and friendship with each other as a way to make our professional life of a therapist easier and less isolated, as well as making it more fun.

Getting a new practice properly set up and established as a therapist is not the easiest thing to achieve, so it helps to be able to see the working practice frameworks that other therapists just like you are using to build their business. Therapist Circle removes the biggest business-side headaches — getting that all-important access to bill the insurance contracts that your clients will need, and perhaps also finding a great supervisor who can guide your advanced learning toward full licensure.
